Returns Policy

Version 1:
Should a Customer receive a Product that has a defect in materials and/or workmanship during the
warranty period for such product, CGVI shall, at its option, repair or replace any part found to be
defective in the sole, reasonable judgment of CGVI. Should CGVI ship products in error, CGVI shall
arrange and pay for return shipment of the products without applying a restocking fee provided that (i)
Customer notifies CGVI of the error within thirty (30) days of shipment, and (ii) the products are
returned in “as shipped” condition. If Customer orders products in error and notifies CGVI of the error
within thirty (30) days of shipment, the Customer may return the products in “as shipped” condition at
Customer’s cost and expense[; however, the Customer agrees to pay CGVI a restocking fee of fifteen
percent (15%) of the net price for the returned products]. Notwithstanding the previous sentence,
returns will not be accepted on any customized products or special orders, except if mutually agreed on
terms acceptable by both parties on a case by case basis.

Version 2:
CGVI will accept returns of Products within thirty (30) days following delivery to Customer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing customized products or special orders may not be returned. To initiate a
return, Customer must contact CGVI at _______ and include in as part of such return request
Customer’s name, address, and a copy of the approved Order. Any returned Product must be
undamaged, in its original (as received), unopened packaging, in new, non-used, resalable condition,
with all instructions, paperwork and hardware. If these conditions are not met or any return is
incomplete, CGVI may choose not to accept the return. Customer will be responsible for paying for all
shipping and other transportation costs incurred in connection with the return of any Product. CGVI
shall have no responsibility for any returned Products that are lost or damaged during transit, and such
losses and damages shall be the sole responsibility of Customer. [All accepted returns shall be subject to
a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price of the returned Product.] Once
CGVI has received and inspected a returned Product, if it determines that all return requirements have
been satisfied, a refund of payments for the returned Product[, less the amount of the restocking fee,]
will be issued.

Payment Policy

You can pay for purchases by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards—the
usual), Amazon Pay, or PayPal. You’ll be charged when we ship the items out. If we have to send out
your order in more than one shipment, a partial charge might appear on your account. Once everything
is on its way, the full purchase amount will be charged then.
If you have to cancel an order, your cash back timeline will be determined by your financial institution.
